I hate to give any Five Guys less than five stars, but this one just wasn?t on their A game the day we ate there. The service... was friendly, they got our order correct and our burgers tasted good. Both bathrooms were out of order (no way to wash handsbefore eating- I hope there was an alternate sink somewhere for employees to wash hands?), a lot of the tables were availablebut not clean, condiments (ketchup) were empty and needed replacing or refilling, and we watched as another customer brought her?unused? napkins back up and replaced them in the stack of new napkins! Instead of standing behind the counter socializing, theemployees need to be keeping up on the cleanliness of the dining area. Read more

I hate to do this. I rarely rate anything bad but this five guys has done me wrong 3 times of the 4 I have been here. They... always mess up the simplest of things, today I ordered online just to be as clear as possible. I ordered a lettuce wrappedburger with bacon and ketchup. I received an unwrapped patty-less burger with no ketchup, I ended up just eating it with a forkand using my own ketchup, but the principle of it is wrong. I would give a benefit of the doubt for just a (no bun) glance atthe order number, but I ordered just a regular cheeseburger once and they served me the exact same thing, no cheese nobun. I really like the burgers and fries here. Don't be put off by the more expensive fries, they come in a huge bag. Though, a small... fries almost cost as much as getting a small burger So you could always do that instead of your extra hungry, ha Read more
It's just like any other Five Guys. The burgers are pretty good if a bit overpriced and they lack any kind of consistency with... their fries. Sometimes they're crispy and amazing but often they're a soggy mess. My recommendation is to find a mom-and-popburger joint and give your money to a local middle-class family rather than line the pockets of some overly wealthy millionaireswho live and pay taxes thousands of miles away.
