I walked out with food and a drink, so that's good. They were not ready to open at all. I waited very long for an incorrect... order and ended up extremely disappointed. Amazing bagels, bagel sandwiches, and all manner of savory snacks and treats, or coffee shop type drinks. Definitely a fun... place to stop in for a bite. Unfortunately at the time of this review, there was still no dine-in experience available, leavingonly minimal outdoor seating available. Not quite so pleasant during hot August weather. This place has the rudest employees, I changed my bagel and the employee got really mad. Our bill was $20 we even left a three... dollar tip.Never got a thank you. Went to use the restroom they were supposedly out of order (so where do the employees go????)Over all will NOT be going back!!!! There are other Einstein?s in the area??would definitely pass on this one!!! No insideseating??outside seating but no umbrellas have to sit in the direct sunlight. Right next door are better options! 01/07/22 We came with gift cards, the lady at the front told us that their internet was down and they were only accepting cash.... She said that if we would give them a good review, she would handle our order. And she did, two bagels for me and my partner aswell as a delicious coffee. Thank you guys soo much for saving the day! It's easy to lose sight of the fact that every individual makes a difference. Each of us has the potential to increase the joy... of an experience - for ourselves and for others. Andre, with his terrific demeanor, wonderful customer service an friendlyinteractions, did just that. After digging ourselves out of the snow for over an hour, my family went to Einstein Bros. on aMonday morning for a meal and Andre's presence helped it to be more of an 'experience' and fun time together. Einstein's arepretty much all the same with their consistently yummy bagels, delicious coffee and almost 'warehouse style' feeling coffee shopvibe. The location on 1500 East has terrible service and I swear they purposely mess up your order if you have any small changes. They... look annoyed that you even walked in there when the place is completely empty. Read more
