If you can stomach the long wait times for their bagels, maybe they'll be good. This Sunday morning, we've been waiting for 45... minutes and our order hasn't even started being prepped. I would give zero stars if I could. There is no where to sit in this establishment they removed all the seating. They wouldn't... give me a straight answer as to why. Told me to call corporate. It is without a doubt because they are adhering to andencouraging the covid 19 propoganda. The virus was and is a minimal risk politicians, their corporate lackeys, and the lockdownsare the real crime and ongoing problem. I will never spend a cent at any Einstein Bagel shop ever again. I just came in to get a dozen bagels. They were out of nearly every kind except for a few unusual flavors. They didn?t even have... ONE plain bagel. So, I left. I even asked if they had any more. Nope! This was at 12:30 pm. How can a bagel store be out ofbagels?? Read more
Overall I don't go here much except a few times a year for some of the seasonal specials. Used to love it, but Einstein Bros.... over all has slipped. No more pumpkin shmear, no more potato bagels, much more limited selection and though it's good seems likethe quality has slipped. The people in this store are super nice, the wait isn't bad at all, and the store is clean so it's agood place to go, that's why I gave it 4 stars (I'm rating this store, not the chain) but I'm not thrilled with the way the menuhas changed so it's not really for me anymore. Used to go here at least a couple of times per month. We live in West Valley and drove to the facility today. Turns out this... restaurant has decided to turn you away if you want to dine in, They removed all tables and chairs so you can no longer sit downto eat or drink your beverage. Looks to me they used the Pandemic as an excuse to make things easier for them. Wasted trip,wasted gas. Einsteins, you might as well put out your going out of business sign. Dirty store.. asked for bagel to be toasted - didn?t happen .Out of smoked salmon creme cheese. Ran out of coffee after I... already paid for it. Had to make a large urn. Opted for flavored coffee. They did not offer to comp. This is not how a bagelshop should operate! Read more
Fast service, however employee who made my sandwich was careless and couldn?t even wipe off the knife resulting in avocado on my... chocolate chip bagel. The employee also threw the bag onto the counter carelessly. Read more
I am very understanding with ?fast food places? but the APP! This has happened to me twice. I go to order and it says my card... declined so I try again and it says error. I decided not to go because I really didn?t want to deal with it. But when I checkedmy bank $64.22 pulled from my account and I didn?t even go there! After waiting a week for someone to get back to me their emaildidn?t make sense so I emailed back to clarify and it?s a ?no-reply? email? Customer support is the worst I?ve ever seen! Do notgo here!
