I’ve seen all the reviews about new staff and management and I completely agree. This location used to be my go to since high... school. This location had very poor quality issues with little to no ingredients or smear and a completely flattened/ squishedbagel and called, The manger answered and cut me short of conversation and was pretty rude in tone. I never write reviews buttoday I felt completely disrespected. Hopefully regional managers sees this. Read more
Me and my family have ate here every for 7 years, our last visit is our last visit. It was terrible everyone there waited... atleast 20 minutes for there food the staff was very rude I never have seen this place this low. They say they value therecostumers but there workers obviously don't value there jobs or the store I sure will miss coming here. Read more

This morning I decided to get a Bagel from my favorite bagel franchise. I really like Einstein bagels it is my cheat day spot.... I am only writing this post because after attempting to call their location three times during business hours no one pickedup. This time I ordered their jalapeno sausage and egg sandwich , coffee and a plain bagel with butter. The jalapeno sandwichwas missing the sausage!! I always get the vanilla hazelnut coffee with hazelnut cream. However the coffee station was a mess, It was bad enough that after fixing my coffee I had to darn near take a shower in their bathroom ( which were very clean). Theplain bagel with butter was good. This location is a dump! They do not want customers in here, they have removed all the seating and it’s been that way for over... a year, always dirty and ran down probably the most uninviting location I have ever seen. It needs some help or just close downit gives the chain a bad name. Also I don’t think they own a vacuum hasn’t been done in quite some time Read more
