The people working there were amazing !!!! I didn?t know what to get and what spice level and they described it perfectly. It... was soooo delicious. Good value too which is hard to find. We especially loved Coral because of her service, huge smile, and theamazing way she put us at ease when our son accidentally dropped his bowl over the entire floor. He was so embarrassed and shemade it fun. All the staff was great I was sincerely impressed with all of it. Food was good unless you don?t like korean. 3* for service and the way things were handled. Took alot of time for food and while... removing empty bowls I see water dripping on to food bowls which is not good. A little combination of options. Read more

My husband and I love cupbop! but this location?s service is so bad. The teenagers behind the counter were talking with their... friends while we waited, the employee even trash talking the food saying they hated it. They didn?t even give us enough food tofill our cups; they just scraped the bottom to give us barely anything instead of having food ready or offering analternative. The only employee that payed us attention was very slow and clearly still in training although the other twoemployees were just chatting to their loud friends. We?ll be going to the location in the mall instead.. Read more
