Visited this location at about 6:30 pm and the place was closed, locked, and the lights off. Hours on the door and on google... clearly state they are open until 9. It was a rainy evening so I get it if they’re cutting losses due to low customer trafficor low staffing even, but it was really disappointing taking my daughter out for a quick treat only to find the location wasclosed. Came in at 8:28pm, there was only one person working taking orders, making 'em and doing payments. There was a long line and... people kept coming in. 10 minutes later another worker came but the other one just started working cleaning up at the back. Itwould have been faster if they both worked together and cleaned up together after. Ice cream is melting away even while he wasmixing it. Service isn't great either. Never greeted with a smile or a happy countenance. I love coldstone but not this branch.Never coming back again. Read more

We've been going here for a while, and it seems like many things have been going downhill recently. The last several times we've... been, the (cheesecake and cake batter) ice creams have been pretty melted and we've often ended up with whole or nearly wholestrawberries, i.e. the mixins aren't very well mixed in. This time, we called ahead to check if the ice creams we wanted were"melty" and the response was that they're "firm". Unfortunately, it was only somewhat better than the last time, but still"soupy". We also requested that the mixins be extra mixed in, which the employee obliged. When we asked for spoons we were toldthat they were out of spoons, and when we asked for parking validation, we were told they were out of those too ????. Thisprobably would have been 4 or 5 stars based on experiences a year or more ago. The ice cream is still delicious, but it's beenmore like soup cream and the quality of service seems to have taken a hit. Note: the picture is after rushing the tub home in10 min with the AC blasting and putting it straight in the freezer for ~30 min. Not sure if ColdStone is trying to cut down onAC costs, the freezer settings are off, or the anti-griddle (assuming that's what it is) is malfunctioning. Read more

If you are not able to observe that resign or take someresponsibility and help and train your employees you idi…oot! Read more

When you step in the facility your nose is hit with a smell that ignites happiness. The staff are super friendly and... accommodating. They are fast as well. I like the location as I just moved into the area. This is a perfect spot to hit whenafter eating at one of the many restaurants in the area. I will be back. Read more

In honor of National Ice Cream day, with so many amazing shops in the valley, we decided to try a known place we've never... visited in Utah. Last time I tried Cold Stone Creamery was a couple of years ago in the East Coast (Brooklyn, NY), and it waspretty good. Being a nationwide franchise, how much could the quality have changed? We decided to find out! When we arrived, there was a long line extending outside the store. Although there were a couple of employees hard at work, the line was long, and barely moving. After almost 40 mins of waiting to be served, we finally reached the counter. Usually I ask for samples totry before buying, but this time I didn't want to be "that guy" that holds up the line. It was a good thing that I had more thanample time to scrutinize the menu, and know what I wanted. As a mint lover, I was torn between the "Cookie Mintster", or tryingsomething else that I like-"Mud Pie Mojo". Since I’m always eating mint, I decided to try the Mud Pie Mojo, because of theunique Oreo and coffee combo. We also ordered the "Cheesecake Fantasy". Midway making the Mud Pie Mojo, the employee tells usthey're out of Oreos, and that they'll substitute with brownies. I wanted Oreos; if they didn't have the necessary ingredients, they should've told us prior to starting the order, I would've gladly changed it. They gave the Cheesecake Fantasy in a wafflecone, when I asked for a waffle cup. We sat in the seating area of the restaurant next door. Cold Stone only had one tableinside and another outside, but it was too congested. The Cheesecake Fantasy was a blend of Graham Cracker Pie Crust,Strawberries, and Raspberries (we substituted it for the default Blueberries); it tasted like proper cheesecake, it was amazing! However for the improvised Coffee ice cream, it was nothing more than disappointing. The coffee flavor was very mild, I couldbarely taste the flavor in it. Brownie and coffee don't mix too well, it gave it a bitter, too sweet overall taste- Read more
