Tried casot for the first time this weekend & sadly was very unimpressed. I had A friend in town & wanted to catch up not only... did we serve ourselves & wait for drinks for at least 10 min which took time away from us spending tome together because wewere continually checking the bar to see if our food was ready & drinks. Service was non excitant to say the least. Not arelaxing experience very over priced & staff didn?t seem to care about you go to BTG instead. Won?t be back Read more
Really? Can\'t you walk 3 steps and bring the drinks to the table. Set it on the counter and let everyone guess if it\'s... yours? It\'s such a great space to hang out but the staff would rather chit chat with each other than make sure you got yourdrinks. Don\'t think I\'ll go back? Read more

Happy to have a place like this in SLC, interesting selection with varietals I wasn\'t familiar with even after being in fine... dining all these years. LOVE the imported bar - what a showstopper. The only gripe I have is that your servers don\'t seem to betrained on proper bottle service, which feels... ironic. (There\'s never a point where a server should be putting a bottle downon a table to open it. I know it\'s SLC, but your high-end guests will notice.) Read more
Cool, casual wine bar in the 15th & 15th area. It is from The Pago group (Pago, Finca, Hub & Spoke, East Liberty) and they... don\'t disappoint! You can get food from across the street at FINCA delivered here too. Read more
This is a cozy wine bar, they have accomplished having a lounge environment as well as industrial in all the right details. The... bar is beautiful. Great wines, beers, liquors, one cider and portions to small bites or food from Finca next door. So gratefulfor a great wine focused bar in this area! Read more
