Excellent, authentic Italian food. I really enjoyed my wild boar parpardelle and my wife loved her gnocchi bolognese.... Everything was very authentic and the pasta was all made in house. We topped off the dinner by sharing a tiramisu. It was lightand fluffy and rich and quite possibly the best tiramisu we’ve had since our trip to Italy. Read more

OK, I have been wanting to go here for years and finally it happened. I’ve lived in Salt Lake most of my life and I can say... this is the best Italian food I’ve had here. Carbinara and wild boar papardelle were amazing. Reminded us of Tuscany where wefirst discovered the dish. The Tiramisu was huge and over the top delicious. Went here for the first time and the food was fantastic, and came out fairly quickly, I went Monday night around 4pm and was the... only table seated at the time. We got Genovese pizza as an appetizer. Honestly best pizza I've had in a long time. For a maincourse I had the "Chef's Pasta" which was so good, it had mushroom and ham in it with a white sauce. It was a big dish so Icouldn't finish it and took it home. It did not reheat well so eat it while it's fresh! Read more

I’m a regular. For the best experience, dine in. The authentic Italian pizza is to die for, my favorite is the Carmine’s... pizza and the capricciosa. Definitely some of the best service I’ve ever had! Our server Fabian was one step ahead of us and knew exactly what we needed... before we even got around to asking for it. My daughter ordered a Margarita pizza (which was delicious) and I ordered thegnocchi which was beautifully presented. Just a heads up…portions are on the smaller side and our dessert cakes faired alittle on the drier side. Read more

Wow, that was great. I loved the ambiance that was felt when walking inside. I was all like this is super Italian, my kinda... restaurant. I came here on a hot date, scored. Thanks Carmines! I like the cheese options in my pasta, very good. Also themussels were so delicious. Norah liked the gnocchi. Very good job. Hats off to Diego for stellar service and conversation.
