Reviews for Canton Wok in Salt Lake City, UT
This place has gone downhill in a hurry. This was my go to place for some time but I will never go again. The quality of food is... not good anymore. Seems like they are cutting corners and using low quality ingredients. All this while raising their pricesover and over. The family is very nice and the service is great but the food is not up to par. Honestly I would rather go toPanda Express?..and that?s saying something. Read more
Love the ham fried rice. This is one of my favorite Chinese food restaurants. They are always super friendly. It usually doesn't... take long to get your food, even when they are busy. Read more
3 stars for me is I got what I expected and nothing more. Nothing really wowed me here but it was good enough food to eat. I did... like the flavor of the chicken chow mein the best. Egg drop soup was probably our least favorite. We ordered the family dinner Aplus orange chicken for $35.99 total. Would I come back? Most likely not just because I have yet to find a Chinese Americanrestaurant that satisfies my appetite. Read more
I love Chinese restaurants that are run by families instead of corporations. Canton Wok fits right in with this. The food was... delicious and a large amount for the price I paid. My husband was even able to save it for both lunch and dinner. We got thebroccoli beef and I do not regret it. Read more
I liked the service and the food here. Loads of options and it's very inexpensive. I think it's a family run restaurant as my... server was this sweet girl who spoke English well (a common problem I face in Chinese restaurants is the lack of serversspeaking clear English). I ordered a sizzler plate of seafood which came with soup and rice. Read more
This place is really slow, family run. However it has amazing food. The waitress is young. This is a really great place if... you want a sit down restaurant and hate the wait. They all hope to see you here so come in and try something they may justsurprise you. Read more
This is very basic Chinese food. The cashew chicken was frozen peas and carrots with some chicken and water chestnuts. The... chicken had been precooked and reheated, but not enough so it was cold. Sauce was almost nonexistent, so the food tasted likeold oil. The broccoli beef was better with fresh veggies, but it was again almost sauceless. Employees were nice, but slow.Prices would be reasonable if the food was good. We won?t be back. Read more
Couldn?t understand the person taking orders on the phone. Their menu is four dollars more than what they said online.
