This new Cafe Rio location has it figured out. Special shout-out to the male Hispanic manager who was working 10/18/22. I didn?t... get his name but he was awesome, I could tell from the drive thru that he was managing his staff well and knew his stuff. CafeRio has been slipping the last few years. I was relieved to finally get a good meal there, especially from such a new location.We ordered at the drive thru. It was fast service and the employees were really friendly. I was having a rough day yesterday and Cafe Rio definitely helped it be much better! I was at Discount Tire having a flat... repaired and walked down to Cafe Rio not realizing that it was not officially opened until today. I walked in and immediatelysaw that I was the only non employee there. I apologized and tried to leave but they told me to come in and they would make mefood, they wouldn't take no for an answer. So I went in and they made me a burrito and when I went to pay, they wouldn't letme! Not only was it really nice of them to make me food when they weren't even open, they gave it to me for free and thanked mefor coming in. Unreal. They absolutely didn't have to do any of that and went so far above and beyond it's wild! The food wasfantastic and I'll definitely be back to this location to show my appreciation! Definitely my new favorite cafe rio!! The staff was amazing and the food was great and the drink options were full and... clean! The man who helped me was so sweet, I?ve never seen anyone grill the cheese onto my tortilla for a salad and it was sucha nice small touch that I appreciated! Then at the end he saw me take a mint and threw some in my Togo bag! It?s the littlethings and they definitely went above and beyond to make me happy! And the food was hot and fresh and amazing !
