The problem with this Burger King location is the head manager. She should have been fired a long time ago. The entire... atmosphere and how the store is operated and unsatisfactory service provided to the customers is due to her management. Removethe weakest link and provide a better management team to this Burger King location and I believe the overall operation andservice will improve. Read more
BE ON THE LOOKOUT! This guy in the picture tried to make a big scene and fight me! Just because I was told to do mobile order... and their system was down. I did not park on drive thru. There was not vehicle whatsoever behind me. He decided to Escalate thesituation and provoked me. I went inside to grab the owner info or some sort of contact info from Management. I thanked Ruta(Shift supervisor) that handle well the situation and did a great job De-escalating. What type of people the owner is hiring? This location regularly closes up to an hour before their posted hours. Many times I've been here, there's people inside, even... sitting in the dining room eating, all lights are on, but they tell me they are closed. Sometimes the lights are off andnobody's there yet the maps entry and their posted hours say they should still be open another hour. Super frustrating. Juststay open the hours that are posted, or change your posted hours. Read more
