Ordered my food online so that I could go pick it up while on my lunch. I ordered about 20-30 in advance and then went to pick... it up. Got to the restaurant to pick up our order and was told it wasn't ready. Waited another 10-15 minutes in my car and ourorder still never came out. Went inside to be told "oh we ran out of items for your order so we'll need you to substitute forsomething else." I said fine and waited a bit longer.. when we finally got our drinks they were incorrect and then was told"well we don't have what you ordered" (super snotty) and gave us our food. By this time I was so irritated that I just leftwithout my drinks because now I am late for work.. it literally took me over an hour in total to order my food, and pick it up.Manager was not very helpful and was a little rude. Went there last night. Ordered thier new chicken sandwiches (they were great) but then I ordered 2 whoppers and I wanted them to... add cheese. I got a bun a patty and a slice of cheese on both. The drive up line was long, 2 cars ditched. No one at thepay window, the lady that was in there was running around yelling trying to get everyone's order out. Come on Burger King getit together. I'm not sure why this location and the magna location can't seem to get it right. My order is wrong everytime I go there, and my... wife and I love burger king for lunch on Saturday's or Sunday's , because we love whopper's. This Burger King literally has menot wanting to eat there ever again. Only on the weekdays the staff is good but on the weekends, uhhhh! My last visit I ordereda Texas double whopper and got an impossible burger. ???? Read more
I wanted to order the 2 for $6 which two of the offerings were for the Big King or the Quarter Pound King. I asked the cashier... what the difference was. She said she didn't know. I asked he if she could ask someone, she said yes then sat there and staredat me. After a few awkward minutes I asked if she was going to ask someone. She then walked away and came back and staredawkwardly at me. I finally looked it up on the bk website. Obviously it is like the Big Mac vs Quarter Pounder with Cheese. Read more
One of the worst fast food experiences I've had. Taking my order she was very rude and snippy with her remarks and responses... that she had and had to tell her again three times because she was busy having a personal conversation with another employeethat I could hear through the speaker. Finally got our food and everything was there, but I got two large fries that wereliterally half full. The fries weren't even past the top of the cardboard fry box. Skimped out on toppings on the burgers too..not the best location. Read more
Since they renovated it?s much better than going to the one in Magna. This location is clean and good is as fresh as it could be... for fast food. My kids enjoyed their lunch meal today. Read more
The new building needs the staffs service to match its nice remodel.. we ordered combos and the Big King special but the the... cashier didn't seem to know what she was doing. We then received soda cups that were only 3/4 full, our Whoppers were the driestever and our Big King sandwiches looked as if they were thrown together. I love Burger King but this shop needs some training. Read more
Manager was super racist!! First they charged me for a meal, after I said sandwich only. Gave me a dirty look. I said no tomato.... It had tomato. Supposed to have cheese, I guess they forgot. Then called me a stupid white boy because I wanted no tomato. I'mactually allergic, and had to throw the sandwich in the garbage. Never ever ever coming back to this burger King.
