I tried Blue Copper 2000 for the first time this morning.\n\nI ordered an iced Americano (which was pretty simple and good) and... a slice of triple berry coffee cake for breakfast. The coffee cake, however, was so overly sweet that I couldn?t even finish it.The icing, which was not needed, felt like pure corn syrup drizzled on top and I was a little grossed out, so I just tossed it(not a big deal at all).\n\nI?m more than willing to try Blue Copper again but the baked goods are something to look twice atbefore you purchase. I love this location! The big windows make the space feel super bright and open, I love the art on the walls and the really cool... neon light decorations, and they have tons of seating. Their menu is super minimal and not overwhelming, so it\'s quick and easyto pick something good from there tasty selection. Blue copper is definitely some of the best coffee in town! I try to stop bythis spot anytime I\'m in this part of town, and now that it\'s summer they have outdoor seating, which I love! Read more
Great local coffee shop. Has a really cool vibe on the inside. Unfortunately due to covid you can only sit outside and get... coffee to go. Can\'t wait to see this place open up again. Delicious oat milk latte, the beans seem\ntop notch. This place has a great vibe too, was surprisingly busy on a Thursday... morning with people playing chess. Kinda cool! Also the staff is super nice, I?ll be coming back here anytime I?m in town! Read more
