Ordering online was not a problem, but when we walked in to the store to picked up our order,OMG when u entered inside the store... in the front you can see all packs of pizza boxes and a lot of packs of tissue, no where to sits and look like a storage room.Is the most nasty seating I have ever seen at a pizza parlor, the Kearns Big Daddy's store is disgusting I have ever seen wow,need to be shutdown no way this is sanitary for the customer in any way is a board of health problems in many ways as all so afire hazard. This place is straight fire, my favorite cheap pizza place around. I can eat 2 whole pizzas because they are a little small, but... I just love them. They have a ton of different flavors and they also make a huge variety of sizes. Of you ever need to order amassive pizza, order it from here. I ordered pizza for my wedding dinner with 60 people and I just ordered multiple huge pizzas,amazing. Horrible experience. Purchased one 14" pizza with EXTRA cheese and EXTRA, EXTRA "smother the pizza" pepperoni. The price tag was... $23+ (which was shocking) and when we picked it up we were stunned to see a regular amount of pepperoni (similar to what you'dsee on a regular pizza any place else). I asked the guy when I picked it up "is that extra pepperoni?" He responded "yes. Thislocation does things differently." I told him that I didn't feel like that was really enough pepperoni for the price we paid,however if that was extra then I guess I'd have to live with it. When I got the pizza out to my car and my husband saw it, hewas so upset! I told him that I verified with the clerk the order (#38). My husband said "this is unacceptable. Little Caesarsdoes better pepperoni coverage for 1/3 of the price". When he took it in, they asked if he wanted them to add more pep to theexisting pie. My husband said whatever you can do to make it right but he was pretty sure they couldn't take our pie back to addmore pepperoni. The guy said "that's true. Well make you a new one. Again, the replacement pizza had the same quantity ofpepperoni, just a different placement.y husband knew at that point it was a losing battle and just took the pizza pie and left.We're beyond upset and angry. Well don?t come here for your free birthday gift bc it?s nasty!! I asked for well done and they literally burnt it I even spent... $20 on other food and no love at all in it, idk if it was a bad day but!! It ruined my experience here for sure!! Laxman- supposedly the store owner prepares food very unhygienic. Along with that Very very unprofessional and rude. Does not... know how to conduct business or run a business. And also does not know how to talk also. DON?T GIVE THIS STORE ANY BUSINESSWHATSOEVER specially if you want your food and also if you would like to end treated with respect.
