Good food but the pricing is off. No objections to the quality of the food here, but I would nkt pay this much for it... elsewhere. Feeling price-gouged for a bite to eat in downtown. I would go to a fancy place if I wanted to pay that much. Iconfirmed at the drivethru that they had a "combined" side order of rice and beans, but they charged me separately for rice andbeans and It was $10 for that. I thought that I misheard the cashier on the price as it was so much higher than I would haveexpected. Who pays $10 for rice and beans unless it's some massive quantity? The taco was expensive but it's a good hearty taco.I cannot support prices like this on rice and beans unless they're gold plated or something. Food is okay. Mainly, the two star rating is because I have been there a couple times now, and my order both times was incorrect... (kind of hard to check the inside of a burrito). Attention to detail is important, especially with food. Do not think I willreturn. Read more
I can't give it a negative amount of stars so 1 star will have to do. I ordered off a menu thing online and when I Went to... pickup my order even after I had already PAID for it online they said no sorry... we haven't had online menu ordering for a fewmonths now. I was like what about my money? They said its on your card. I went to look and it was not on my card. They refusedto let me ask any more questions even yelled at me when I called down there again even to try to just place an order over Thephone. Since no where else was open I was forced to pay AGAIN $20 more to them to be able to get anything. The manager did noteven try to fix it in any way even though she acknowledged the fact that yes we did order and paid the money that she insisted was still on my card. She said they couldn't even get into the application... if that was in fact the case why would she eventry to act like she knew what was or wasn't going on with the money I paid for the food online with. When I asked who do i talkto about the money I paid out and got nothing...? She simply replied "yo no se!" I bought carne asada fries and a jalapeno for like twenty dollars they said they substitute the meat for carnitas so it's extra... and the jalapeno was 2.00 but my reciept says fours dollars for the Chile, my advice go somewhere else where they charge fairand don't lie. Also they didn't tell me my amount till I was at the window and they had my card.never have I ever bought it atthis amount here or any other place also they never said another charge for different meat?????????????????????? Not sure when Beto’s changed owners (again), but I am disappointed and likely will not be coming back here. There is no longer... a salsa bar, the salsa containers provided with a burrito are small, and if you want more than 2 salsas with your burrito theycharge extra. On top of that if you want a “side of onions and cilantro” they charge $2 , that is the same for pico or othertoppings as well. We eat here semi frequently. Usually a decent albiet smaller portions at a little higher prices than other local Mexican... eateries. The drive thru has had a strobe light for the past month that may induce a headache in some. Tonight we ordered chipsand salsa and the two cheese enchiladas combo plate. Enchiladas were ok but the chips and salsa is chips with pico de Gallo ontop. By the time you get to them they are soggy (after a literal 5 min drive) but it just doesn't make sense. Don't order thechips and salsa if your expecting actual salsa. Disappointed! Read more

Don't usually leave bad reviews but wow this was just Terrible .i have bought food from other betos before, but this one is by... far THE WORST . my food was not prepared like i had told the cashier i needed it. She said she would let the people in thekitchen know, and she obviously didn't. Some of the family i had bought some of the food for couldn't eat it ,because of thecarelessness of these employees. One of the burritos we ordered was a cali burrito, which ended up being full of just some drylooking potatoes and maybe a little tiny piece of steak after every 3 bites.
