They are having an issue with the app where it tells them I ordered no espresso/whipped when I actually do. I call ahead to ask... them to please include these. Apparently me trying to fix their problem has offended them. They send me a less than full drink,no espresso/whipped and it?s straight liquid instead of a blended drink. Had a meeting here. The barista was helpful with my indecisiveness and patiently offered her recommendations. I appreciated... that. I really enjoyed my chai with a splash of lavender. I will have to get that again. Oh and that must have been the fastbeverage I?ve ever received. Read more
Though this location is consistently clean and customer service is up to par my problem is maybe too specific. I?ve been coming... here for about a year to study and something that has started to get frustrating is they don?t have a scanner at their frontPOS. If you want to use your app to pay the baristas have to take your phone to the one by the drive thru. It?s frustrating thatI have to hand over my phone just to pay and the baristas always seem awkward about having to ask to take my phone. I?llcontinue coming here but I really wish this could change. I've never had a good cup of coffee from here. It's like they don't know how to make coffee or drinks. They have their own dumb... name that are spin-offs of other drinks. I asked for a caramel macchiato. I watch them make it through the drive-thru window.They put ice in the glass. They put milk in it and then they put caramel in it and put the lid on and gave it to me. I askedthem today if there's coffee in it and she goes. Yep, there's two shots of espresso. There was no espresso in there. Mygirlfriend even said there's no coffee. She's not a coffee. Drinker. They have very unintelligent people working there. Nooffense. Their service is horrible. And second of all it's not the first time they have messed up a drink. Their employees areon their phone if they're not doing anything. Beans and brews are my last choice out of any place in salt lake. Thanks for thecoffee in Carmel drink. Thanks for not be able to make a caramel macchiato. I don't want a Marcello. Excellent baristas! Had a problem with my order, but Luke did the needful to make my day better! Would recommend this location!
I ordered the B Meat Free in the drive thru. After I paid, I sat there for 15 minutes while they clearly forgot to make my... sandwich. After a while a lady asked what I ordered, I told her, and 5 minutes later I received my sandwich. After driving away,I noticed they hadn?t put the plant based cheese on but instead dairy cheese, and there was no avocado. Won?t be returning tothis location. Read more
