I love right down the street from this location and every time I go through drive thru they make me wait for my food even if I'm... the only customer I have to pull out and wait at least 10 minutes. And they haven't had shakes for a couple months, they saythey don't have a machine all the sudden but I'm sure they just say that because they don't want to do their job. I drive theextra mile to the Arby's on redwood and 1700 south because they actually care. This location is trash. Read more
Order my food, they had me park near the door, and then told me to park some where else again, saw other people get their food... within 3 Minutes. Waited about 10 Minutes and then I decided to go inside. I saw coworkers waste time and talk with my food intheir hands. So I yelled at their horrible service. This is not the first time they'd taken too long to get my food to me. Neverhad this issue with other Arby's but this one has horrible service and poor communication skills. If the food takes longer tocook they should tell me instead of having me wait 10 Minutes with waiting on just one fish wrap sandwich and NO that usuallydoesn't take that long. No mobile ordering?! Over all, a VERY rude manager and a counter employee that was too slow to understand what I wanted. Somehow... asking for jalapenos on a Bacon Beef and Cheddar turned into "no cheese"?? He needs a new position. Will definitely make thelonger trip to the one on 1700 South and Redwood. Read more
