The employees are 100% INCOMPETENT!!! I WAITED ALMOST 20 MINUTES FOR A FRENCH DIP... COMBO. AFTER 10 MINUTES I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND THEY REFUSED! Arby's was so much better before, but nowadays everywhere portions r shrinking and prices gounf up.
The food was decent. The two stars is because the manager or person in charge was very rude to an employee who was trying to... learn their job. They don't do just thin beef slices anymore. They even have Reuben sandwiches, and roasted turkey with bacon wraps and many... other unique things on their menu! But wait'll you taste their new pretzel bun sandwiches, now! My favorite is the Braised Beef. Those strips of "Braised Beef" is deliciously delectable! Read more
