I came here today. The curly fries were old and dry. My chicken slider looked like it was washed in the laundry, fried, fell... under the fryer for two weeks, found, then Refried and served to me. Disgusting. Read more
So we visit this Arby's at least three times a week and I know that's sad ???? but home on it cuz we even visit at night and the... two night shift supervisors are so helpful and are so sweet actually I think there's about four I think all of them that work atnight are seemingly all she's supervisors LOL. No matter how wacky you are order is they listen they never get upset and theytake the time and the food is always excellent. If you want to know if that's a new roast don't tell you if you want to havemaybe a custom order made they'll make it for you. Today at least on the receipt Sierra is who wrote us up and all I can say tothe store manager is you are so lucky to have such responsible and nice people working your store late at night because we hadstopped coming here years ago because of well you're the manager you would know why. This is getting long-winded so I'm justgoing to end it with by far our favorite Arby's way to go girls. Read more
Sandwich was cold and mozzarella sticks were barely above room temp. Couldn't eat the sandwich at all. Normally I love Arby's so... that was an unusual experience. Staff was friendly though and the order was exactly right other than the condition and taste ofthe food. Not upset, just disappointed. Read more
After a swing shift at work and not having eaten a substantial meal all day, I decided to swing by Arby's on my way home. When I... got home, I discovered that the double roast beef sandwich I ordered was instead Arby's beef n' cheddar sandwich. I can'tphysically eat cheese. This was going to be a three star review originally because I almost always try to give fast food andrestaurant workers the benefit of the doubt. We've all been there and at least I still had my root beer and fries. The largefries were just barely over half filled and the root beer was severely watered down. Thanks Arby's. Read more
Ordered DoorDash from here, the mozzarella sticks were amazing, the fries were good and then I opened up my sandwich. You would... think a place that makes mainly sandwiches would at least try to make them look edible. Chunk of smashed up meat and the obviousends of the roast. I nibbled a piece of meat to see if it at least tasted good and it tasted like the bottom of the mashed uppan. If I had just gotten the mozzarella sticks and fries it would have been five stars, but the sandwich that should have beenthe main part ruined that. Was wanting to try the the Pecan Chicken Salad sandwich. Looks delicious in the Arby's commercials! When I ordered I told the... drive thru cashier I wanted it to look like the picture on their order board. Puchased dinner for the family. Got home ...andwas absolutely SHOCKED at the appearance if my Pecan Chicken sandwich!! YOU BE THE JUDGE. THEY COULD NOT HAVE DONE A WORSE JOBIF THEY WERE TRYING! Definitely taking this back tomorrow! They barely put chicken salad in the very middle of the bread!"Arby's- they have the Meats!" AND FROM THE LOOK OF MY SANDWICH.....THEY PLAN ON KEEPING IT TOO! I spoke to the Manager, showed her thesandwich, and she she said I was right to be disappointed because the sandwich was " unacceptabe" the way it was made.
