For the most part the workers are always polite and accommodating. On some occasions when I'm getting my coffee I'll fill my mug... with Brazilian coffee always. Sometimes there is no Brazilian and the pot is empty but that's ok, it happens. What bugs me iswhen they run out of Brazilian, instead of leaving it empty they replace it with another flavor, like Columbian and I don't findout until after I've added the creamer in and take a drink. It's easy to tell the difference because Brazilian is dark roast, the only dark roast you carry. So when I sip my coffee and realize it's not the strong coffee I usually get so the amount ofcreamers I used were to much for the weaker, Columbian coffee. Not to mention I can't help but feel I've been cheated out of thestronger brazilian coffee that I prefer. Yes I have gone to a different store to get my preferred Brazilian coffee. Read more

The hobbit that worked today, claims he never uses the bathroom while he is at work. Don?t spend money at this 711. There are... others around. I just landscaped for 5 hours at a weekly customers house, and this clown couldn?t keep his story straight as towhy his bathroom is locked up. Or better yet, don?t you have a sign out front that says no restrooms!!! Not only did he not likebeing asked where he potties, he then asked me to leave. I almost went right there on the floor, just in spite! Decided to be agood human being instead. What a clown Read more

A really cozy place to hang out and get some snacks at night. Carrie the night manager is really sweet, and creates a warm and... welcoming environment with her demeanor and presence. I often see her cleaning in between customers instead of just smokingoutside. See you next time ?? Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Been coming to this location for 22 years. They used to have all the nicest employees (Judy,... Bonnie and Jon). But now the people that work here are so rude. The bald putz with a goatee (he tried to charge me extra and Iwatched him pocket a customer's change). Then there's that awful cantankerous Val. So done with this location. Will no longercome out of my way to go here. Will go to the newer nicer locations where they're nice and have gas. You just lost customersthat spend a $100 plus a week at your store. The new owner should take a lesson from the previous owner Paul. Hire employeesthat know the meaning of customer service. Read more

I won't spend my money at a store that doesn't allow restroom to be used. The clerk told me they were closed because customers... made them dirty and they were sick of cleaning up after them.... Got news for you, that's the way it's been since the beginningof the service industry. I guarantee I'm not the only one that won't spend my money there and I know it's not 7-Elevencorporation policy to not allow customers to use the restroom. This is in a nice neighborhood as well. So I don't get heradditude in the slightest. Just a lazy, do as little as she can type of person I guess. 7-Eleven has certainly gone down hillsince I used to run my own stores back in the day. And it was definitely in rougher neighborhoods than sugarhouse. Stay away ifyou trust me at all Read more

Ok I like most 7-Elevens I visit but this one was terrible. I went in to purchase a coffee and 2 burritos. I felt I was... interrupting the employee?s work night and he failed to even respond to my good morning. Not only did he not say a single word,he just stared at me and made me feel like I was being rude for even speaking. He didnt tell me the total price or even how muchmy change was. He did make some agitated sighs when I handed him some cash and did it again while breaking open sone rolledcoins in his till. Worst of all I get out to my car and tasted the coffee and I know what old coffee taste like, and well? thiscoffee was old and burnt and was disgusting tasting and waste of my money. I would?ve said something but the employee alreadyhad me feeling like he was irritated by my presence that I just left. Don?t use this store at night, especially when the oldbearded unfriendly man is working. I won?t be using this 7-eleven for any future purchases. Read more

Came for coffee- there was none- I told the overnight guy- he just said ?ok?. He?s always just sitting watching videos on his... phone and never has food or coffee ready- it?s getting old! We come to this 7-11 several times a week- whenever he?s there -there is no coffee and often no food on the grill either. (John in the morning is a rockstar! The over night guy is the issue-and it needs to be fixed. ) Read more
