The food has always been good, except one day. We have ate there for years, take outs, and delivery. Have spent at least... $200.00 or more per month. unfortunately after one night extremely bad experience, we will not be returning, or ordering fromhere again. The waitresses have always been good. The one we had on our extremely bad night was great. Manager came to speakwith us, and basically said we were liars of how we have had a particular dish, and how she said how this dish was served. Every time we have had this dish was not served how she said. She also mention they have been working since 10. This wasextremely rude. Will not be back. Plus the word will get out. Read more

The wonton soup tasted gross, no flavor whatsoever, the prawns had so much batter the prawns were hard to... find, the chow mein was dry and tasteless, the beef and green beans were horrible because the beans weren?t fresh and the beefwas grisly. So pleased with Yans!! We hadn't had chinese food in years due to someone in the family developing celiacs. We heard Yans was... careful with issues like this so we decided to give it a try recently. They were very helpful in informing us of ingredients,and what we could or could not order. Unfortunately, our order got mixed up and some items we received were gluten, HOWEVER, thestaff realized it just as quickly as we did (before anyone ate anything). The situation was handled very well. They were veryapologetic and quick to remake our order gluten-free, then delivered it to us free of charge. We passed the gluten-goods alongto our neighbor. Everybody was very pleased with the food, so much flavor, and no one had food sensitivity issues! 10/10 Thankyou Yans! Read more
