Drove in to a stall at 5:30, pushed the button, and waited. It took nearly 20 minutes for someone to come tell me the stall was... broken and walk off again. No sign, safety cone, or anything else to indicate it was broken and it took 20 minutes to tell medespite being visible in front of the windows and with car hops walking by me constantly? I?d say the service is bad butactually there doesn?t seem to be any at all. I went to Braums instead and was home and eating in less time than it took Sonicto be bothered to tell me I couldn?t order. The sausage breakfast burrito is what I ordered, but got what I consider to be an "egg" burrito, hardly any brkfst sausage... SMH...but service was on point! Read more
Don't use the app. They will leave you sitting in your car for 20 minutes. I've used the app twice to order strawberry shakes... and both times they left me sitting out there waiting on them. Read more

Came on Sunday ordered food a 2:44. 2 burger meals, 3 kids burger meals. Got all drinks and 2 burger meals at 3:10. Bag was... soggy, tatertots we're literally cold, kept the half cold burgers and asked for fresher tater tots, and we also Had to ask forthe kids meals. First I went to Long John Silvers but did not want to spend that much on lunch. So I went next door to Sonic and ordered a Route... 44 and two chicken sandwiches and saved a buck. I should have stayed at Long John Silver. The limeade tasted like Sprite onlywith strawberry added. The two chicken sandwiches were not even warm and bun doesn't look fresh. It was a horrible lunch and Iblame myself for picking Sonic. I called to express my opinion but after 10+ rings I gave up. If you want to stop at Sonic andyou're going east go to Roland and even a better one is Van Buren across the line. (Update... Wasn't enough limes in my 44 notthe correct amount) Read more
