I brought my children and their friends for ice cream and since I was here I was craving an Amazon Bowl but the despotic and... rude attitude of one of the young women who attends discouraged me and I only ended up ordering the ice creams for the childrenat Cold Stone. I understand that the stress of work and the intention of fulfilling all the orders can be stressful but, I didnot even have the opportunity to order because I only asked one question and the bad attitude of the young woman was enough todesist from ordering. A little kindness and a good attitude is enough because a smile and kind words is asking a lot. Read more
