Very slow store recently. The drive thru is super slow. Didn't use to be. I only come here on Sundays since my go to are closed.... Koco Java and The Morning Glory is wayyyy better and definitely wayy faster. Read more
Disgusting staff and worst outlet. They never processed my mobile order and said their ovens are not working. I never got a... refund also and I live in Charlotte. The worst drive thru "customer service "I've ever had here. I pulled up to the window, she didn't say a word to me. She handed... me my food order. I said thank you...she didn't respond, then handed me my drink order. I said thank you, she didn't respond.She turned and walked away. I was so mad that I almost parked to go in the store to get my money back. If it wasn't for having 2toddlers in pajamas and in carseats, I would have. Definitely don?t recommend working here. The manager isn?t the best. Too entitled. Very much shows who her favorites are. Quick... to talk about you behind your back but never wants to confront it. if you?re looking for a job here i highly wouldn?t recommend, especially if you?re a young mother. they aren?t lenient when you... aren?t able to make a shift due to your kid or kids. the work environment is very toxic, miscommunication and drama all due tomanagement . ive worked here with many different managers within the past three years, but this manager doesn?t care for heremployees only if they benefit her. dunkin used to carry a feeling of growth.. management now plays a big role on how employeesfeel about their job. i hope the amazing workers employed here finds a manager that appreciates them. - from an ex coworker whojust got terminated due to call outs for my daughter :) Read more
I will not stop at again. I did a mobile order. My husband and I walked in to get it. I went to the restroom came out and he... was down at the pick up counter standing. We waited about 10 minutes and a lady who we had not seen asked could she help us. Isaid to him no one has helped you he said no. So we stood in the restaurant with other employees looking at us. Them talkingabout rain and the festival today. Did they think we were just there to take in the atmosphere and leave. Then the order wasmissing stuff.
