On 7/30/22 I ordered a pizza, wings with ranch and 2 garlic sauces. After arriving home, I realized the staff failed to give... me my sauces. I immediately contacted the store and a manager stated they would place $1.50 credit under my name. On8/8/2022, I ordered a pizza with and wings with ranch dressing. I did not order my garlic sauce because I remembered thecredit on my account. However, when I arrived, I informed staff of the credit. The staff member stated he did not see my nameanywhere that stated I had a $1.50 credit. He refused to provide me with two garlic sauces. After giving me my order I noticedthey failed to give me my ranch sauce. I informed the staff member that this was the same situation that occurred the lasttime. I just remembered to check this time before driving off. This is poor customer service at its best. For one themanager failed to follow through with what she informed a customer that she was going to do. And secondly, the staff memberdidn?t have an ounce of customer service skills. I know it?s difficult to obtain and maintain staff, but this type of customerservice will ruin your business because I refuse to patronize such an establishment or recommend others to patronize them. Where to start? First, I used to LOVE this place-the pizza and the price! But now in the 21st century, Dominos is just another... of the many large US corps all about its own wallet, treating its employees and customers like an after thought. Onlineordering sucks! Can't order stuffed crust online and you can't enter notes asking for it or anything else! The $5.99 carryoutdeal offers tiny pizzas with old crust. Honestly, eating a slice fresh, first piece out of the box, was like eating 2 day old,microwaved, leftover pizza! (Is that what they mean on their new Stacy's leftover commercials? They're actually selling leftoverpizza?) The toppings weren't spread evenly. I could kick myself for not taking pics to show here! Plus, when I went to pickupmy order (they won't deliver to my house anymore; they used to; we ordered delivery from this store almost every week until outof nowhere they refused, acting like we were nuts to even ask, like they never delivered to us before!), the employees were noteven remotely friendly. The only female employee, with 4 male coworkers, came closest to being kind. The guy gave me my order,took my payment, without a word at all! Then I noticed he shorted a whole pizza but wouldn't respond to me...the female did. Shetold another male coworker to get it and give to me and apologized for their mistake. It was clear she was tired and frustratedwith her coworkers! Finally, the order was not hot. Some of it was actually cold, it had been sitting so long. I asked fortracking thru my cell and alexa BUT I never received a notice beyond 'your pizza's in the oven'! I truly regret giving my hardearned $33 to Dominos! And it had the balls to tell me I saved $22, too! Had I spent over $50 for this lousy experience, I justdon't know what I'd be doing now.... unbelievable. I've never been party to 'the customer is always right', but when will we getback to treating customers respectfully and with kindness and appreciation for their support? Read more
I order a pizza to pick up and when I arrive I get the pizza and I ask the lady who hand it over for crushed pepper and Parmesan... cheese packages and she was so rude and told me I have to charge you for them I just wonder since when they charge for??when Iget home this is the pizza I got slices with no pepperoni?well for me this is the last time I buy there.
