The billboards and drive through lines is what caught us. This must be da bomb. Who doesn't love cookout food?! Then their... elaborate shake menu... All hype. Both burgers were wrong. We got the white crunchy part of the lettuce and all the othertoppings didnt match our order. The shake was wack. Burger tasted like a wanna be BK. Great idea, disappointing experience. Read more

Omg, I've been holding back doing this, because I use to enjoy this places much. 1st I'd like to say, evidently I'm not the... demographic they look to cater to, I'm not a teenage... so I should of known this wasn't gonna be good. Not once, or twice butthe last 4 times I went to a Cookout, at different locations too, the food was atrocious! The meat is cooks to a crisp, lookslike a hockey puck on a diet. The buns are smashed, ripped, and dry, the hot dog was horrible and looked like it was older thanmy sneakers and had the texture of the sole of my sneakers. I asked for unsweetened tea, and both times I got syrup tastingliquid called sweet tea. The bbq was the only thing I could muster beside the one item that's never failed me... (so far), thehush puppies was ok. The lines around the bld for service move ok, but the product isn't worth the wait... hard pass from nowon, yall need quality control in a bad way ,I'm done fam, ?? We love Cook Out! Their burgers are fresh and always delicious. Their milkshakes are amazing and they have like 40 different... flavors. Their tray meals are awesome! We got a big double tray with Cajun fries, fried cheese bites and a tea. A big doubletray with onion rings, hushpuppies and a milkshake. An order of chili cheese fries and another big double burger. Our total was$26 and some change. Where else can you get ALL that food for less than $27? Nowhere, absolutely nowhere else! Read more
