Just went here today with my kids and ordered all of our ice cream and kids had it in the hand went to pay with cash and they... don?t except cash! Went to pay with $100 cause my order was $40 and was told I couldn?t pay with my US currency, I would notwast my time or money on this place again and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this place, the young girls that wasbehind the counter was extremely rude and not pleasant!!! I have spent a lot of money and time in this place but I will neverever do it again!! Read more
Great ice cream...The serving size has been reduced over the past 6 mo. The cup should be full... and cup appears smaller. ... Adjust your prices if you need too, shorting your customers is bad business. We can buy ice cream from Publix / HT for 1/4 $if your not happy with our business. Thanks Read more

Yesterday my husband spent an hour and a half waiting on a custom cake I ordered 3 days ago, because the blast freezer was... ?broken? but they repeatedly insisted it ?would be ready soon.? After he spent an hour and a half waiting and decides to comehome cakeless, they call me an hour and a half later to tell me the cake is ready at 9 PM. I asked them to please hold it in thefreezer until this afternoon. I came in at 4 pm and was told that they did not have the custom cake I was explicitly told wasready. They told me the freezer had been left unplugged last night so my cake no longer existed, but the store had opened 9hours ago at that point. No one called to tell me or remade the cake in those nine hours, they offered to allow me to waitanother hour for them to make it. I chose a $25 premade cake instead as it?s now the day of my sisters birthday. The girlworking the register made me a very gracious offer to just take the $25 cake instead of the $40 cake I ordered and alreadytipped on, we could call it even. They charged both my husband and I for the cake, so I?m currently waiting 48 hours for them toprocess $85 in refunds on one small ice cream cake. Just to wind up with a ready made anyways. Massive waste of time, horriblecustomer service experience, absolutely nothing was done to fix the problem caused by their negligence/incompetence. For $110and over 3 hours of work, I could?ve made a much better cake at home. Read more
This location has always been able to accomodate my daughter's peanut allergy by going into the back with clean scoops and... getting icecream that has not been cross contaminated. Very few ice cream shops can accommodate this type of allergy. It meansthe world to my daughter that they can. ? It means the world to me to be able to see her happy! Coldstone has the best icecreamI have ever had. I love that you can sample before you buy... for those who like to change things up. However, I always stickwith the same thing... and I am grateful this location keeps my favorite on hand... not all locations do. The taller, slimgentleman who has taken our orders many times over the last few years always seems to remember my daughter has a peanut allergy.We only go in a few times a year... but he remembers... you can't beat service like that. We have not been in so many months dueto Covid... but hopefully when we return, things will be just as wonderful as they always have been. Thank you, SalisburyColdstone! I have been going to this location for years now and within the last month or two, my portions have become a lot smaller. I... order a love it and the bowl isn't even remotely full?? I do notice new faces so I'm not sure if there is a lack of trainingcoming from the higher ups or just lack of transparency from the owner. I understand that the prices of everything is going up,but just increase prices instead of cutting the portions in half. From other reviews of this location, I see I'm not the onlyone noticing.
