I have never in the past 9 years given the silent treatment at this location until 9/30/2022 @ 9:45 am. Going through the drive... through, the young lady who took my order was pretty amazing as should be. The young blonde headed lady at the window was wherei had an issue at. She handed me my drinks and shut the window to continue her conversation with her co workers. Opened thewindow handed me my food and continued her conversation. Fries are never done all the way--I am always having to finish them in air fryer (pictured). Line for drive through is absurd... wait considering an order placed in the app. Portions for money aren't a good value--even if you buy a Large, they dont fillthe container (also pictured). And that's assuming they even get the order accurate without leaving some item out. The wholeCFA model is overpriced and unjustly glorified , but this is about the worst location of them all. My last experience with thisstore will hopefully be just that for quite some time. I'd rather drive on to Winston-Salem or Concord if I need to be pluckedfor chicken that badly. Read more

I always love Chick-fil-A and don't normally have any issues with Chick-fil-A That's why I went ahead and gave it five stars. On... this particular visit I ordered three chicken strips and Polynesian sauce and when I got my order after I left the store andwent for lunch I had three spicy chicken strips and no Polynesian sauce not what I wanted at all. My order was messed up. I was given fried chicken in my salad instead of the grill that I asked for. The fried chicken plus the... sodium filled dressing makes it entirely too salty for me to eat. I called to see if there was a remedy they were willing tooffer and because I did not have my receipt they were unwilling to do anything. Not only was my chicken fried instead of grilledI also asked for no corn guess what was in my salad. So $10 spent on food I cannot consume. Leave it to Salisbury. Read more
Wish I could do 0 stars. Probably one of the worst locations in this state. Consistently staffed with children (which is no... problem) but they get at least one thing wrong per order. Also when approached with a problem, I?ve had to many times, theydon?t have a solution or answer to help because they most likely don?t care about the work they are doing.
