The waitress there was so nice and accommodating to us. We really enjoyed her energy and helpfulness! However, the food took a... long time for us, and we had all ordered salads. (It might have been the time of day, but still, there were some tables empty.)I can say that the salad was pretty good, it was a typical salad. The place was clean, though! Read more
AVOID! New management and resulting service is indescribably poor. Very long wait at the door before someone finally shuffled... around the corner and seated us. Another looong wait at the table before being acknowledged. My order was one lunch saladspecial and one kid?s meal and it came out of the kitchen over no less than a 15 minute period. The salad was the wrong one.The chicken on the salad was so suspiciously rubbery that I couldn?t finish it. My side was incorrectly made. At the end of themeal when I was finally asked how everything was I was honest. Didn?t ask for any adjustment to my bill but they did anyway.Good for them on that but I?ll avoid for 6 months to give time for better hiring and training. One more shot after that and ifit?s a similar experience it?ll be a permanent ?. Read more

Not greeted - employee decided to finish her conversation before she came over to seat us. Waitress seemed to be somewhere else... and not very friendly. Burger had a spoon of bleu cheese dressing instead of actual bleu cheese crumbles - Also old brownlettuce - Guac was less than half a cup, and was brown and nasty, requested to swap to queso - That took forever but was ok.Food and service going downhill here. The wings actually look good but the sweet barbecue sauce had a funny taste. After 24 hours to think, I believe what that taste... was from improperly washing the basting brush. So it had a sour old taste to it. The beer was cold. Maybe I'll try and dry rubbut I saw reviews on this restaurant. Undercooked chicken I may start to make wings again my way. I do have to say most placesthat have bad reviews don't have managers that go around and check the customers. I didn't see a manager anywhere. Read more
Disappointed this go round- hubby and I placed order last evening for our usual lemon pepper dry rub and Asian zing flavored... wings... only to discover they were under cooked and lemon pepper wings with hardly any seasoning. I can tell that they took oldwings and dropped a few a sprinkle of seasoning because it was stuck to the card board. We usually enjoy our date night withtheir food and in times past it hasn't been that way. Typically we ask that they are cooked hard or crunchy to avoid thishowever the gentlemen answering the phone indicated they were not able to accommodate. Last evening I did engage a manager whooffered an apology for miscommunication and I explained the undercook situation to him thoroughly only to uncover that the reptaking call could have honored our request except on Tuesdays when they are running discounted food. I also explained theundercooked situation to him a prior few times as well...I can't believe that I had to cook my own food after paying $13.99 for10 wings. Thank goodness for my air fryer. We had wanted to try it out for a while and we were totally disappointed! I ordered sweet tea and when the waitress brought our... drinks she said they were out of tea and asked what else I wanted. It took us over an hour to get our food even though they werenot crowded. I ordered a southern chicken sandwich but instead I got a buffalo chicken sandwich. I didn't send it back becauseit had already taken us so long to get our food. Our tater tots were cold. The waitress said she would be right back withsilverware and napkins, but it took her about 20 minutes. She never offered to refill our cups. When the bill came, I asked herif the chicken sandwich I ordered was the same price as the one I got because I didn't get the right thing. She said she wouldhave her manager take the sandwich off the bill. Instead he took off 10% which only saved us a little over a dollar. This wasour first and last trip here! Read more
