I waited for 30 minutes for my food and I even ordered it ahead on the app. This part was annoying but I understand that... everyone is short staffed and I had no where to be. When I finally got my food, Sabrina? I think, gave me 2 free boberrybiscuits and made my combo a large which was not something she had to do. Very nice of her ???? Read more

So you buys multiple combos and they will give you no sauce. They was 27 cent. Also they are rude and just about every time I go... you can?t eat inside. There is also a sticker on the drive through window that say 1 sauce per combo. Still get no sauce. Theymight as well go ahead a close the doors cause there going out of business. Read more

For was fine but the indoor service was essentially abandoned at this location. It was over 5 minutes before I saw the fellow... working the front line. I had checked my clock when I arrived it was 20 minutes from door to receiving order. One guy on thefront line with no help and what looked like inexperience. I watched 6 people leave the line before ordering. Drive throughhad priority but it is poor management, service and attention to allow a total disregard for those that enter the store. Read more

I was so disappointed. The chicken had been cooked way to long. It was so dry and tuff to chew. I tried hot sauce and BBQ sauce... and nothing helped it. I threw everything away in the trash. The fries were not even hot nor had much seasoning on them. Thatwas my first time there and probably my last. I had just moved here from Greenville NC and couldn?t wait. Went in. In the morning around 10 30 me and my family went in with a semi-big order. Waited for atleast 7 minutes before we were... able to order their was no line inside but the longest drive through line. All in all good just long wait times. Read more

Line wasn't too long, but sure took a while! I was in from out of town and needed my Boberry Biscuit fix, so I was fine with the... wait for fresh ones. But it seems like something is up with their card reader. They ran my card about 12 times before saying itwas declined. Tried another card, and it took 3 employees to get the thing to read. Checked with my bank; no declinations. Justfrustrating! Read more

I came here to pay for good breakfast good service and not a bad attitude and rudeness and it wasn't even 7 a.m. Caroline ... relayed our order to her manager Edna who instructed us to pull around and wait for the food we waited for 10 minutes aftertrying to go inside all the doors were locked several other customers were waiting and trying to get into the building this is 2minutes before 7 we sat there at 2 we got our food at 7:10 we sat in the parking lot till about 7:15 7:20. I informed themanager Edna when she brought our food out that it was not fresh my biscuits! They're hard and she said she would replace themshe brought me back a butter biscuit he did not bring the sausage and cheese it was not fresh I very disappointed is thatservice today and the quality of food. I would not recommend this location for breakfast service because who wants to starttheir day off with the whole side of sour nasty bad vibes coming through your window and you're paying for it. Horrible staff and service. I went inside stood for about 3 mins and they knew im standing there for order. Both of the... employees had nasty looks on their faces. They never greeted or said anything. I hated everything about this experience and ihope people like this get a lesson for their bad behavior. The biscuits i got were crumbly and cold.
