Came in on vacation with my family. Beautiful view. They had great overflow parking coordination with golf cart transportation.... Upstairs deck available for those drinking to hang with live music! Great ambiance to a warm summer night. Place has a great view of the harbor. This was the place that it was worth the hour wait... for a table while having a drink upstairs on the top balcony/deck. Great waterfront spot for drinks and dining.... Went here early season mid May on a very warm weekend and this place was hopping... as well as all the other waterfront eateries around. I wanted to try this place for the past several years and decided to giveit a go as who does not like stting waterfront enjoying a nice beverage while watching boats go by. PLace was extremely busy sowe have to park across the street crossing over route 1 and while they had a golf cart shuttle between lots to the resterauntthe driver took to long so we decided to walk the path under the bridge which was a nice short little scenic walk. We put ourname in and went to the bar on the upper deck as they only serve drinks up there and we waited for them to buzz us when a tablewas ready. We ordered a few drinks, my gf ordered a house Sangria which she said was really good and I ordered a Dark and Stormywhich was really good, pricing was a little steep on the mixed drinks for the portion size so we switched to beer andseltzers. Our waitress was very knowledgable and a great server and we ordered our food and we were very pleased definately willgo back as it was a change from Michael's Harborside which Is my go to spot. Great gluten free selection! They offer good gluten free bread! Incredible view! Lots of tables. Our waitress was Emma. She was... Super! I trusted her recommendation for food and drink. They offers nice selections wine and other alcohol drinks. You can parkon the other side of the road and they give you a ride with a golf cart back to the restaurant or you can just walk over thebridge from Newburyport. Read more
Cool spot but unbelievably overpriced and slow service. Food was very underwhelming. Shrimp in tacos were over cooked. The... slaw was just shredded cabbage. Rice was a bland, and mushy, the beans were cold not seasoned what so ever. Should havegotten fries. Burgers were blah. The 2015 hardly had any of the toppings listed. The taco special was a bit of a joke at $21dollars. It was chicken tenders with very little sauce, shredded cabbage and hardly any Rangoon spread. Crab cake special hadgood flavor though it was over cooked. The fries were good as were the drinks. Service was slow. The staff was friendly butthe waitress seemed to be slammed so we didn?t get a chance to order a second round of drinks or get water refills. Was thefood bad? No, but it?s not worth what they?re charging. You?re paying for the view. Read more
