Everything with my meal was great, but the employees definitely seemed more worried about the drive thru. Even the cashier... serving us stepped away from us when we got to the counter to fill drive thru orders, then came back 3 minutes later to take ourorder. Read more

This location has the worst customer service. Please fire the drive-thru person and the manager. Those two work together. Never... returning until they are both fired. 8:30 pm 8/1/2022 the manager did not want to refund back to my card so he tells me hegoing to risk his job by giving me cash instead. Wow, I said refund back to my card. The drive-thru person wanted to fight me.For me receiving the wrong sandwich. Wendy's must do better. Host:G fired. The employee who drives the car has got to go. My order was incorrect, as i ordered a plain double and it came withh all of the stuff. Scraped it all off, but the meat on the... burger was petrified, the soda tasted like chemicals, and I asked for packets of salt but got ketchup. I was not even given areceipt, so no way to complain. Biggest waste of 13 dollars ever. Read more

This place is horrible. I don?t even eat here. I come in to pick up deliveries only when I have to. All of the associates have... an attitude and are rude. It?s always a 15 to 20 minute wait. They don?t even start online orders until you get there and theyalways make a big deal about it. Constantly dropping f bombs in front of customers even children. Also you can stand in line fordays being ignored. They?ll look right at you and roll their eyes and walk away. Stay away for your own food unless you want aside of attitude and poor service. I made a good choice on going to Wendy's. I'm glad I found something that costs $5. I also bought myself a cookie for dessert.... It adds $6.99. I'm glad I made a choice of going out to eat that costs less money since my new mentor with my home is at 8:00 (with my mentor). I know the kitchen is going to be closed once I get home. Read more

We t thru drive thru tried to give my mobile order # and she said to pull to second window after I said it's a mobile order then... I pulled out to let others go their orders and noticed a smell of fries that I can not eat do to diet restrictions. Looked inbag and seen fries and burger. Had to circle around the block to come back for my chili I ordered and got a cold chili it waslike broth barely anything in it. Very dissatisfied with service no straw for my drink got soda instead of unsweetened tea can'thave that with diet restrictions. Called to speak with manager and no answer and no VM to lm with name and number. Also was10min late getting back to work from my 30min lunch. Not happy at all with service today. Read more

It was just an ok visit at this location. I thought that I had ordered a PUB BURGER ???? to take away. But, I received 1 order... of fries with cheese and bacon and an order of a small fries ???? without salt. Needless to say, I was very disappointed when Ireached my destination. The ???? mask situation seems to have completely compound the communications between myself and thecashier! Bottom line, be sure to check your order before you leave the premises! ? ??????? Went thru drive. Thru very rushed I asked for a double pub burger and got the jalapeno one instead for one meal. The second meal... I ordered a single pub burger small with a half sweet tea half natural lemonade. I got only tea when I looked at it. And said isthere lemonade in here the girls said yes definitely. The fries were cold and hard no. Salt. And sandwich I got was burnt so badI couldn't eat half of the bread. Only the girl who took. Payment had a mask on so very disappointed in this wendy's they justopened too which is just not acceptable to be doing such bad service already. Read more
