I called back to the restaurant when I discovered that my soup was cold. As a granddaughter of a Waterman, I was straightened up... laid to about how the cream of crab soup was served. Who eats cold cream soup? This was just one situation with this dinner.To retain customers you must value your customers. You never know how much business you just relinquished to anothercompetitor. First time there. Impressive. Turkey rueban was great. A little light on meat but was good. Wife and I had seafood combos.... Great. Cream of crab soup was good also. The environment was comfortable and clean enough. The server was friendly and efficient. The breaded fried flounder special was... good. The fish was moist and flakey and not greasy. The Mac and cheese tastes homemade. A bit pricey but there was more foodthan I could eat. I would go there again. Read more
