I had good days in this branch, every day I go to study and left a month ago, the employees were great and respectful too.
I visited this Starbucks location after walking a mile in a blizzard storm since it was one of the few food services open. When... I approached the door, there was a sign that said ?To Go Orders Only?. I saw this as a reasonable request, and proceededtowards the front door which was locked. Being that this was 2:30pm, this location is not usually closed at this time. The twoyoung women at the counter offered no cues or guidance. Only after I walked through the drive through in 5inch snow theyacknowledged my presence, where the drive thru employee only shook her head no. Very disappointed in the lack of service andguidance even during inclement weather conditions. Will be seeking a manager. Read more
Over the last few months, I?ve been constantly disappointed when I come here. There never seems to be enough staffing for the... volume of business this location receives. Not only that, but my drink has been made incorrect numerous times. They used toalways make it perfect. Maybe there?s a deficit in training lately with new employees? It also seems to have become a dirtierstore. I see the countertops they work on and they always look unhygienic and sticky. It?s just been such a shame to see thisplace go downhill, especially since this was my go-to location. I hope management can tackle these issues. Read more
Got the usual yummy Pink Drink made with coconut milk and strawberries and tried the tomato Mozzarella Panini ???? so good... something quick and delicious to hold u til dinner or a yummy lunch the pic doesn't do this sandwich justice sorry I had alreadyhalf eaten it lol Read more
