I enjoy my Starbucks. Venti peppermint WHITE mocha, nonfat, no whip, no foam, no room, please fill it to the top. Simple? Should... be. More often than not, it's not white mocha. 9 out of 10 times, it has a ton of foam. I like the foam, but at 6.25 a cup, Iwould rather have a full cup. That HARDLY ever happens. The employees are pleasant, but I guess they feel rushed to get it wrongso often. Read more

I did an online order through the app for one tall caramel ribbon frappe. By the time I made it through the drive through it... still wasn't done. I was asked to pull forward. Not told I needed to come in to get my drink. It was just sitting on the counterwhile a woman walked around aimlessly drinking coffee while "working". Not cool starbucks. Not cool. Read more

This was my FIRST TIME EVER having Starbucks coffee and OMG, I'm addicted. The service was great. Our server was very nice. She... even made adjustments to the menu items to satisfy us. My first experience with Starbucks was very pleasant. Read more

Placed a mobile order for drive thru. Get to the window my order wasn?t ready. No problem. What upset me was the lady giving me... the stuff came to the window and said one of her coworkers hadn?t started my drink and I needed to pull around and park. Thatshe would bring it out. Sat in my car 10 mins before heading in to see what was going on. My drink was sitting on the counterwaiting for me to come inside and pick it up. Unacceptable. The whole reason of placing a mobile order for the drive thru was toavoid going in. I understand your busy! I come to this Starbucks often. But if you tell me you would bring it out then do justthat. How can you not love a Starbucks, right? So the pumpkin spice cold brew was excellent. Not much in the way of seating at this... one. Other Starbucks are much better appointed in the area to sit down and relax. Read more

This is a 5-star location. Much of the experience is the same no matter what store you visit, so it comes down to the staff. I... order a ?? and they were ?out? of what I wanted. The young lady behind the counter could not have been more gracious about it.Instead of saying she could not make what I wanted, she immediately offered an alternative and I was sold. So we?ll done. Aswas my beverage. They are a college town store, so wait times can be longer than usual. Read more

Drove into the parking lot and rolled over a disgusting diaper filled with feces that had been there for a while. Walked in the... store, used the restroom which was dirty. Went to order a drink, and a couple sandwiches, and noticed there were at least 50flies flying around in the food prep area, and a TON of fruit flies in their display cooler sitting on the food. The to gofood/drink area was dirty and had food and drink spilled all over. In the sitting are there was garbage from previous customersleft to sit. The whole restaurant was in serious need of cleaning attention. Very poor representation of the Starbucks I am usedto. The food and drinks were ok though, which earned a star, but the cleanliness was so bad. Service was definitely slow too. IfI lived in this area, I would never return. Yuck! Read more

This is probably one of the worst Starbucks stores ever (north Salisbury md). It?s the closest to our house so we still go back.... Tonight 7/20/22 was the top of the cake (I will say their are a few great people there but only a few) we placed a order at6:45pm, the online app said open till 9pm. I pulled up at 6:56pm to get my drinks, they had the door locked looked at me andwalked away with my drinks sitting there. Then proceeded to throw them in the trash. Mind you these were payed for and made andI was there before they closed? as a former Starbucks employee I have never seen such terrible service before. They have messedour drinks up, refused to fix them, they have been incredibly rude. I finally complained and called corporate. I feel bad forthe few good employees that they have because they get groups with the terrible employees that are there.
