Reviews for Evolution Craft Brewing Co. & Public House in Salisbury, MD
Our favorite eastern shore beer, but this was our first time stopping by the brewery. Got lunch while we were there, we sat in... the bar area. Great beer, good food, attentive and friendly service. If we lived closer we would be regulars. Read more
Much too expensive for the food you get but what's more is the lack of quality of the food. The Creme Bruele was much too hard... and custard was too runny. Burgers, fries, average... had better...$4 for a glass of Pepsi if you take out ice might be 10ounces of Pepsi not worth $4 each...VERY SMALL portions of everything...$180.00 after tip. Look at receipt and see for yourself.Tip was paid in cash. No surprise many tables were empty. Server was great hence the good tip....However the people with meagree...Evolution Craft Brewery was weighed, measured, and found wanting... We will not return. Nothing Special about thisplace. Warehouse style decor with outdoor dining on Sunny (hot) side of building with market umbrellas for shade which don'thelp unless it is high noon. Boonies is much better. Natural shade, better food, better prices, better atmosphere(SameOwnership). Read more
Service was average. Outdoor seating was super sunny. Beer was decent. Food was expensive for mediocre at best. Portion size was... ok. Shiitake pot stickers with sauce tasted like something they got from the freezer section at a grocery store. Burger wasmoist but had no seasoning to it and the lettuce looked bad while flopping off the plate to table surface(removed lettuce beforeeating). Soft crab sandwich was lack luster. It was a large crab, but way too much batter and again nothing had seasoning toit(maybe a beer batter since you are a brewery). Couple bites of the crab tasted fishy. For the price I expected an overallbetter experience. Also, was looking at clothing while there. Unless you are an 11 yo bean poll nothing would fit a person. Read more
Great beer and food. Stopped by on our way to the Ocean and was impressed with their beer. Great variety and their flights were... a good deal. We tried a few apps and loved the pretzel with the 3 dips (sweet onion dip was amazing). Also had a huge outdoorspace with lights and an outdoor food area. Read more
Good food. Bit pricey, but the value is there. Went for brunch on this fine Sunday morning. Hours on the door were inaccurate,... but it was fine because they open earlier than it said. Waitress was great, hosts weren’t very friendly. All food was yummy.Scrapple sandwich with some spicy raspberry sauce was great. Their omelets were well made. Overall good experience. Great optionin Salisbury. The only “negative” feedback my group had was the mimosa flight drinks were too full haha! Read more
This place has really decent beers. Especially the No.3 ipa. Food was good. We got some oysters. Which were poorly shucked... (shells), but very fresh/tasty. We also ordered the crab dip which was exactly as expected. Pizza was pizza. I have nocomplaints. Nice place to reward myself after the 64 miles of biking. Read more
The beer flights were good. The food was okay, not memorable. If we return we'll stick to a beer flight & an app. For the price... I'd choose better quality food elsewhere. Read more
They had a a thanksgiving buffet option, but opted for the chicken sandwich and side salad since I wasn’t that hungry. Go for... the beer flight to try 4 six ounce pours of any of their homemade beers! Read more
