What has me mad is we waited for the order for 2 plus hrs. Time passed with no call or anything to tell us. " They will be that... late" The real question is, We're we supposed to chance and let all delivery places close and not eat or order somewhere elseand eat? We did just what we did, ordered somewhere else! We recieved that order before them. and when they finally came weapologized and told them. No one called and no one answered the phone at business so (WE) was not in the wrong. We thought theyforgot us! They stopped delivering to us because of their wrong. We place order at 8:30 pm and this place did not deliver to house until after 11 pm we patiently waited and we called but I'm... assuming they closed and sent out last orders, so we ended up ordering somewhere else thinking they must of forgot us. Theother place came before them as well. But they ended up coming after and we told them what we thought. So they held usaccountable for their mistake and lack of communication and NOW WON'T DELIVER TO US ANYMORE. BUT OH WELL THEIR LOSS... I justhad to put this review on here so you can see how they don't take responsibility for their error as well. Im quite sure they hadcell phone to tell us they was late!!!! Portion size has gotten smaller. Prices have increased. Very friendly. I do not eat from here but my family does.
literally THE WORST service? i made an order prior before closing and was given an estimated 45 minute wait & had to call in... after over an hour just to never receive my delivery. terrible business Read more
