They don't take time to explain ordering process, they assume you know. They rush you and when you ask questions act frustrated.... It's loud in there you can't hear what they are saying. They didn't give me my juice box for granddaughter. Read more

It was very clean the lines go very quickly can't go wrong with the food it's wonderful and I'll always get their chips they're... awesome also and they have a nice Eatery area the portions are also pretty large so you will be taking leftovers Read more

Not the staffs fault that they don't let you order large quesedillas in the store. Only online. Told my husband they were out of... guacamole but had it for online. Wth? 5 dollars for a side cup of queso and half bag of chips. Never again Read more

Terrible customer service!!! Just went in and a woman was cleaning the line slinging dish water all in the food. There was a... line out the door and she wouldn?t take anyones order so we waited and waited and waited in line and never got help staring ather clean while she ignores everyone. Mind you they don?t close for another hour!! Very disappointed. Read more

This review is regarding the awful customer experience I had at this location, while grabbing lunch today. My husband and I... placed an order online for a quesadilla, and when I picked it up the person who helped me with my order was next to the cashier(she looked Latino). I believe she?s the manager and her name is Kelly or Cally (we asked another employee for her name). Shehad a derogatory attitude towards me when I asked her for my order. She wasn?t friendly or nice. I came back to ask her if Icould get a third side since the order comes with 3 side orders and I only got 2. She gave me a really hard time. She told me togo back and get my receipt and show it to her to make sure I had order 3 sides. I went to get my receipt and showed it to herand told her I had forgotten to include my third side online. She kept repeatedly loudly saying in front of other customers thatI only ordered 2 sides. I kindly asked her if I could get a third one since my order had 3 sides included. She continued to say?no? because I only entered 2 sides when I placed my order online. At this point she was heated and raised her voice at me. Ikindly asked her I still wanted my third side. She kept coming back with a ?NO? answer. Then finally she rudely asked with avery disrespectful attitude what side I wanted.. I asked for the Guacamole and she said she couldn?t give it to me because itwas extra charge? at this point I just said ?just give me sour cream?. I cannot believe the way she handled this situation. Noprofessionalism, no ethic and no customer skills! I wish she could have gone the extra mile to make my day. She was probablyhaving a bad day or she?s just not a people?s person. I cannot believe Chipotle hires people with no love or empathy forcustomers? Especially people to be running your business, who are rude to customers and have NO customer skills. I never really understood the hype that surrounds Chipotle. Their food is decent enough but I never really saw why people raved... over it. My office orders food on a daily basis, so I got in on the order the last time they went with Chipotle. I ordered aburrito bowl, as I just find the burritos to be over the top. Too large and overfilled to eat without half the contents fallingout. I basically got it with everything minus rice. And for the protein I went 50/50 with the chicken, and beef. I believe itwas a specialty beef they had at the time, but it may have been the steak. This is not an exaggeration, but every piece of beefin the bowl was half gristle. Every. Single. Piece. I wound up taking all of it out and discarding it because of how poor thequality of the meat was. I'm not sure who is doing quality control in the kitchen, but they are falling flat at the task.Considering I am not much of a fan to begin with, I won't be eating at Chipotle in the future. Read more
