Great food, great service, reasonable prices! My husband had the fried oysters, which were cooked exactly as he likes them, (and... that's not easy). I had the stuffed shrimp, which was wonderful! Today was the worst experience I have had at Busters. When I am in town Busters was where my Friend and I would go for a great... lunch and to catch up. Today was a mess; I ordered the Seafood Platter and when I got it served the flounder was fried too longhad a dark brown color (old grease) . I told the waitress whose personality stunk that I prefer my flounder not cooked as it wasserved. The crab cake and two shrimp were okay. Her answer was to get the cook who said it had to be cooked dark because of thesize, wait what. I tell him it?s not what I want, so minutes later a lot of minutes later the waitress comes and so she hadasked me if I wanted something else so I got the 1/2 lbs of shrimp. Now it comes time to pay the bill; I figured the 1/2 lbs ofshrimp and the crab cake and two shrimp is what I should pay for. Now miss personality waitress comes with a bill for theseafood platter. I said I am not paying for the seafood platter thinking we would adjust well miss personality snaps that I atemost of the platter; no I ate the crab cake and two shrimp the carrots and French fries were cold. In the end The bill stillwasn?t correct... I guess I have to find a new seafood place I will let friends and family know to stay away from here. Read more
I visited Busters with 2 friends. One lady who lived in the area had been wanting to go there so that's why we chose it over so... many other restaurants in the area and we were not disappointed! The place was cute and had choices of tables or booth seating.We chose a table in the back. Our waitress was very accommodating and made sure we happy with everything. My friend from thearea ordered the seafood platter and said the flounder was the best fish she had ever had and the shrimp was done to perfection.My other friend ordered stuffed shrimp, the wet corn bread and coleslaw which she proclaimed delicious. I ordered scallopsFlorentine and parmesan fries. Both were done to perfection and delightfully presented. The prices were around average for agood seafood place, about 20 a plate give or take.
