My friend and I went to get ice cream like we usually do at this location, but today's experience was less than stellar. Mind... you, this is around 4:30 p.m.. we go to order our ice cream, and we're told that both of our first choices were unavailable. Sowere our second and third choices. And apparently they do not carry chocolate sprinkles...what ice cream place doesn't carrychocolate sprinkles? Anyway, I settled for chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, and to my surprise the cookie dough chunkswere beyond stale, and rainbow sprinkles were added, without my consent. When we went inside to correct the order, we were notacknowledged in a timely manner (the girls were too busy gossiping in the corner) and got a half-hearted apology for their poorservice. No explanation at all. When you have a bunch of teenagers working behind the counter, completely unaware of inventoryand inability to solve customer complaints, that is how you lose service. And this location lost both of ours today. Stick withFrozen Farmer or Vanderwendes, at least it's fresh and you're getting what you pay for. Read more
Went to Baskin Robbins on 08-02-20, When we arrived we asked for Chocolate ice cream the girl stated did not have, asked for... vanilla she did not have,asked for strawberry Ice Cream did not have, asked for chocolate chip did not have so I asked what icecream did you have, she stated she didn't know I asked her to let me know what ice cream did she have and she came back and saidthat they had frozen yogurt. ice cream didn't look like the picture at all. Both orders also were slightly wrong. big disappointment

Bad service
My husband and I stopped here at 10 pm on may 14th, 2022. We ordered milkshakes and were told it was going to take 20 minutes... because there were two milkshake orders in front of us and they were trying to clean up and close the milkshake machine. Whywould you try to close it at 10 when the hours are listed as open till midnight? By time we pulled around to the window, theorder of milkshakes in front of us was done and being given to the customer. So the little brunette girl lied for what? To doless work? Lazy and inconsiderate. Read more
