Bagels are great... eggs, bacon and other toppings not so much. Lady at the checkout counter is rude and unpleasant. They seem... to treat their employees poorly creating somewhat awkward situations for customers to experience.... but only the non Indianones... make of that what you will... oh yeah, this is the second time i came at 7:15am and there was no fresh bagels yet. Coming from London; my favourite thing to eat in the states is bagels and I can tell you this for free; you won?t eat a better... bagel than you will at Bagel Bakery. Everything from the people to the food is exceptional. Not only do you get fantastic food (The crab dip bagel and the asiago is to die for) but the sense of community is unrivalled and unmatched. Nowhere will you feelas warm, welcome and fulfilled as you will at the bagel bakery. I can?t recommend it enough! We've been looking for a "morning bakery"-type place (muffins, bagels, etc) since we bought our house here in August but have... only found places that do just cakes and pies. Evidently we weren't looking right, because I found your shop today and when wesaw the menu, we were so excited to give it a whirl! We played it sort of safe this time and ordered a baker's dozen bagels,two tubs of cream cheese (strawberry & honey walnut) a pumpkin roll for the husband and one kid, a chocolate croissant for theother kid, and a SW wrap for Hubs. We ended up with 15 bagels, not at all in the varieties I'd selected. But they were fresh,soft, and sooo, so good, winning BIG points from this bagel connoisseur. At home, I had a plain bagel with the honey walnutcream cheese, and that more than knocked this review out of the park! Outstanding!! A+++ My husband found his pumpkin roll tobe too sweet, so our daughter had both, and it wasn't a loss. Our son found the croissant too sweet, but he ate it anyway, soagain, it wasn't a loss. And other than finding that the peppers needing to be cooked a bit more, Hubs thought his wrap wasexcellent. Bagels are just ok. Slightly smaller than the NY/NJ bagels I'm used to. Selection is decent and menu offers sandwiches and... other lunch options. More expensive than I was expecting. I'll look for another option in the area, but not bad if you need aquick breakfast. Read more
