Went through drive thru 30mins before closing to get 3 milkshakes and was told the typical lazy BS excuse that the machine that... my Father had gone to an hour before and got a milkshake from was miraculously broken now yet working again at opening time thenext day. I can't stand lazy people and liars. Just tell me you already cleaned it and say sorry or even better do your job andclean it again... This was Saturday night 2 days ago in case management is reading their reviews. I had to let down 4 veryupset children who had been waiting thru the Shorebirds game behaving so good just to be let down by the laziness of Arby'semployee employees! This was one of the best experiences I had going into a restaurant period!!!!Y'all are the first restaurant to get a review from... me and it's truly because of Toirae and the exquisite service she rushed to provide after I told Miracle she can take her timeI'm trying find the cheapest thing to buy.She left and went right to work but it messed my head up because the brother Aryansaid hold on I'm coming to take your order and he went to take care of the rest of his work.And that's when Toirae came and tookmy order.But whoever was making food made it just as fast as the order was placed.The manager Bryanna asked me was everything okwith my order and all This team deserves some type of raise or bonus because they put every fast food spot to shame and a clockis only as good as the cigs behind it. Food was fresh. But, don't leave new employees unattended running a register. The employee knew nothing of the "happy hour... special" then, proceeded to charge full price. I don't blame him he's new. However, he should have someone who can properlytrain new hires. Read more
I am not an Arby's fan. I ordered there Brisket sandwich, their Wagyu bacon steakhouse burger, the Mozzarella sticks, and a... Vanilla shake. All of which I had heard and seen, said it was excellent. They were wrong, the price was $22.08. the price didn'talarm me, but the food didn't impress me one bit. The Brisket was super thin covered with the bar-b-q sauce, the taste was a 5out of 10. The Wagyu steakhouse burger was an average burger with 3 slices of bacon, I had requested no Mayo on it. I can'tstand the taste of Mayo, they covered both sides with it, another swipe against them. The Mozzarella sticks was average cooked ,I ate 2 of 4. And the Vanilla shake which I was hoping would knock my socks off, was just an basic cheap vanilla ice creamcovered with whipped cream. If it was even ice cream. Arby's hasn't changed they are still serving mediocre food, at aboveaverage prices. So from me to you I am staying away from this so called fast food establishment.
