I would always go to this place, but ever since they opened up the spot in the mall it went downhill. I?ve had horrible customer... service and I?m not one to speak up. Placed an order at 6:14 for pick up and not once did they tell me it was ready. They calledme at 7:01 saying they are closed and if I am going to pick up the food. I drove from Marina to the mall and I explained whereI?m coming from and the lady said it?s fine and she?ll wait for me. When I showed up no one was there, kept calling the numberand no one would answer. A few days later, I tried calling for a refund and they said it can?t be issued because they texted meseveral time and not once did I get a text message. I am very upset, not going back again. I came to the Pasta Mia at the Northridge mall and got a regular chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. It was very watery and tasteless.... No flavor what so ever. Almost tasted frozen. Would not recommend. Read more
