Customer service has gotten UGLY within the last 2 years... used to come here a lot but have stayed away since management got... ugly and now bleeding through to their employees. ????????? Now prefer BK next store. ??????????? Better all around. Read more
Just sent my boyfriend down here to pick up our $16 mobile order and man I am appalled at how awful the food was, such a waste... of money! This was the worst food I've received from any McDonald's in my life. Our large fries were both cold, hard and driedout and the burgers were barely even lukewarm. I couldn't even drink my coke because it tasted really gross and bad, I guess theemployees here have never cleaned out the soda dispenser because soda only tastes that bad when bacteria has built up in themachine ???? The person on the intercom had no energy what so ever and mumbled the price and I couldn't hear him clearly at all. They also... gave me small fries with my medium meal and I asked for a chicken sandwich not a mcchicken thus messing up my order. Read more
Rude staff. No politeness. From the person who took our order, to the one receiving our money and even the person who handed us... our food. Rolled her eyes for simply asking for a sauce. Management needs to get better!! Read more
Just went thru N. MAIN. Exhausted and girl taking the order wasn't pleasant or very nice. It's always nice to get friendly... service. Food was good and they were fast even though there was a line. Maybe she was having a bad day. We all have them. Read more
The staff were kind and polite. Everything felt very clean. The play area was great for our kids. Especially on a hotter day.
