Sometimes when you go to KFC sometimes they're not really that friendly last night when me and my girl ordered a $5 supposed to... be a $5 fill up the chicken was really too salty and stuff like that and you had to sit there for waiting about for 10-15minutes there was short of Staff in there they have hard any chicken there they said be about 7 minutes before any of thechickens ready they should have this food ready when customers come in so they can get them in and out of out of there beforethat stand there in line then plus if you have to use the restroom you have to use the key to get into the bathroom Read more
The prices have went really high but other than that great food and service

Went through the drive through window order a bucket of chicken with the works. Paid $46.00 and change . Then then was told to... go around the block come back park in the front in order to get her food it was during school getting out I had to pick up thekid from school unfortunately we had to go get the kid first come back and pick up her milk but I don't understand is why do wehave to go around the block if there was nobody behind us very disappointed called the representative of KFC that same time andspoke to him but never got word back from anybody unfortunately last month and everyone will know about it this is on South MainStreet in Salinas California terrible terrible service Read more
They open at 10. I went at 10:15am. I got my food at 10:25 because they were still cooking chicken. I went there early to get... hella fresh fried Chicken. I did get fresh hot chicken. Was told in the drive thru that it would be 20 minutes for our food, ended up being more like 30 at least. The girl working the... window is inch and a half long nails(imagine finding one of those in your food) the guy prepping food had a head of nappy hairthat his hat just sat on top of(again last thing you want to find is hair in your food)should have been wearing a net. Typical KFC. Place was clean and the customer service was great. Drive thru is a bit tight for large vehicle.
