I enjoy ordering online, waiting in a long drive through, state my order at the box window, reiterate my order at the window,... reiterate it again only with 2 other associates only to be told to wait while about 4 other cars behind me get quick service. Read more

Never have grilled patties. Gave me a completely different sandwich than I ordered. Had to throw it away because it was too... difficult for me to chew. I really wish they'd note on their menu they don't have certain items rather than substituting withwhatever they think works... not going back for a while. Read more
Poor service and poor customer service. Do not eat here. They will give you half your order, and guess what you cant call either... because they cut there phone line. Probably because they get calls about there terrible service. I would give Zero stars if Icould. I already live far by the time I realized I didnt receive 10$ worth of items, my food was cold. Customer service not so great. Service takes a while. Drive thru moves very sluggishly. My kiddos love the tacos.
