My partner & I decided to get breakfast here the other day & it was one of our worst experiences at a "popular establishment" in... town. We had the french toast, coffee, root beer & country fried steak. The food was a poor excuse for "food". Had an off taste& my partner got halfway into his french toast & couldn't finish, mind you, we were starving too. The country fried "steak" wasjust like a big slab of sausage & covered in gravy as to distract from the fact its entirely sausage. Don't even get me startedon the service. The little girls that work there were extremely unprofessional, the only halfway decent one was our server,Lizbeth? i think was her name. But we are not going back to this establishment, we know better places but my partner rememberedit 'used to be good'. Just our experience. Read more
Exceptional food at amazing prices. Everything they make is prepared from scratch. Best Pancakes ever, each one is the size of a... large dinner plate. Amazing place to grab a quick meal anytime in the a.m. Food is prepared fresh and quick so you don't have towait very long. I've never waited longer than 15 minutes for my food. Read more

Cute place in old town Salinas. I had the classic eggs benedict. I enjoyed the potatoes that it came with and the eggs were... perfectly poached. However the hollandaise sauce tasted very cheesy to me, and I wasn't a big fan of it. My fiance had anomelette (not sure which one exactly) and he really enjoyed his food. So good. We took the family for breakfast and everyone was so warm and friendly. Coffee and orange juice came right away. They... left a carafe of coffee on the table. This is my favorite breakfast spot here in town. Locals favorite for sure. There are plenty of breakfast options (something for... everyone). Good portion sizes and staff is great. When here, you definitely have to try there specialty pancakes. My favorite isthe white chocolate with walnuts and strawberries! Read more
Doesn't get much better. They are fast to seat you, greet you, and get you coffee. Coffee is great. After you order, you have... just enough time to finish your coffee before the food comes and it's all really good. Family owned and operated, great food,great service, what else could you want? Decent Breakfast I'm told the Breakfast bowl is delicious but I'm not eating carbs right now so I didn't taste it.
