The workers here are amazing! The cashier who rang us through, was very polite! While taking out order, we mentioned we were... delivering in Laredo TX. He said with a smile, that is where I am from! The food was fast, hot, and delicious! Thank you to thisman, and Popeyes, for making this a wonderful experience! While in line for our food, there was a rude pair, who complained,about, a 20 minute wait, for their food. It was handled very professionally! Would you want raw chicken cooked for you in lesstime? We usually go to the ones in Wichita and have no problems. We went to the one in Salina tonight and the manager, not sure who... she was, had her shirt unbuttoned so much her junk was practically out and asked another coworker to pass her that "reg" meaningdrugs. We tried the drive thru only to find they blocked it off with traffic cones. There was no warning which set us back alittle more. Inside there was a spot on floor with water and no sign as well as the trash was overflowing completely. We orderedtwo 5 pieces because their prices was higher than Wichita and they were both supposed to be spicy with no wings. There was a lotof flavor and it was fresh. But it was NOT spicy. $16 (w/tax) for a 5 piece tender combo that only came with 1 measly side and a med drink!!!! Didn?t get a biscuit! $16!!?? Not... again, I won?t?. I know prices have increased, but $16 for this ?snack? is way over priced. I call it a snack because it defisn?t a meal. Read more
This place ranks as one of the slowest "fast food" experience I have ever experienced. I have experienced this at this location... before. So, I knew what I was getting into. Ordered three thighs and didnt matter if they were mild or spicy today from here. Some would say a simple request and shouldn't... require checking the box to ensure that task was handled. Welp with only 3 people ordering food they didn't get it right at all.A wing, a breast, and I'm not sure what the third piece is but maybe a thigh. I will say that thigh came from a handicappedchicken if so cause its not normal and yes I'm including a pic. Given what it costs for food and what they are now getting paidto serve said food how is it still messed up? Check your bags. Before leaving this place for sure. Read more
Food was ready fast (order on the app!) and it was fresh and had extra sauce and napkins. Perfect service! Clean inside and... plenty of tables. They even have outlets with USB at each table if you need a charge up. Great location. Read more
Super unimpressed with this Popeyes today. Where to start... The cashier (Jennifer) lady kept wiping her nose on her shirt and... seemed like she was sick. Great in the time of covid. None of the staff work masks. All of them seemed very lackadaisical andnot in a rush. Informed them the Chery Coke and sweet tea were both empty. And since covid, prices are crazy, $30 for twovalue meals.. Lastly, ordered the chocolate beignets and they forgot them... Do better. Read more
Not a single problem here. This is the only Popeyes location still open in Salina. The other location is permanently closed.... Employees here very good attitudes extremely professional and the restaurant is very clean and food was fresh. Prices are veryhigh unless you're getting a meal deal that they've got going on.
