this place is great. their salami unwich is fantastic. and i also love that with online ordering you can just walk in and grab... your stuff. meaning no line! place is also very clean. they just need more locations. like the south west part of town coughcough. Read more
Food is great, but service isn't! Especially deliver service. Todays meal took an hour to be delivered. Why they give you the... option for napkins, or cutting sandwich or packets of mayo, because, they will ignore the request and not do it! Service goingdown hill and fast! Read more
I love Jjs but this branch is a joke. Your management is awful and your employees aren?t much better. I get it, it?s covid, I... work food service too. But if it?s an HOUR* long wait, shouldn?t we be communicating that at time of order ??... then thedelivery driver has the audacity to be rude, informing me they?re down to 7 employees. Guys... get a handle on this store. I don't own a sandwich business but I know that when you can't handle the load you need to... stop taking orders instead of allowing the employees to treat people awful. How many of these reviews are you going to ignorebefore you do something? Just don't order from this store. It's a terrible idea. An hour and a half later you still won't havefood and the 3 times you call, no one will have an answer to where your food is, AND they will hang up on you because they don'tcare.
