Probably the worst experience I've had at a subway so far. I pre-ordered my lunch 40 minutes in advance from when I needed to... pick it up had no issues there. Got an email 15 minutes afterwards stating that my order would be ready soon, Sounds great. WhenI got there at my order pickup time, 40 full minutes after I placed my order, there was nothing to pick up. The whole store waspacked with other people waiting on pickup orders and when i went to ask where my order was I was told "oh we'll start thatright now". This is 10 minutes after my pick up time. I didn't get my order for another 20 minutes. I run back to work since I'mon my timed lunch break only to find the add on that I paid extra for missing and a pet hair in its place. My husband's breadwas wrong, there was barely any meet to the point where we had to look for it just to make sure it was actually in there andcompletely drowned the whole thing in ranch, no we didn't ask for extra either. I ordered 2 Philly Cheese Steaks one sandwich had somewhat amount of steak the other i had to combine with my other half to make... a sandwich didnt ask for peppers got alot of peppers i am finished with this place Read more
This review is for the Salida Colorado Subway. The first older guy was short and snappy, the second heavier set girl was... downright rude and disrespectful. When she ran out of ranch, she threw the bottle in the back in anger. When my daughter askedfor spinach, she threw up her hands in anger and walked to the back like it was a problem. Both me and my daughter decribed themas ANGRY! The next one I can only assume is the manager lady was busy talking to a male person in the restraunt. When she got mycard she said "The next screen is asking if we deserve extra money as a tip for our hard work on our sandwiches." Are youkidding me you all just made us feel super uncomfortable!!! The second girl was either hung over or just so tired that sheactually put her head on the same counter they prepare sandwiches. Angry man, super angry lazy girl and manager only workinghard to hang out with some dude. I paid over $15 and the sandwiches were the worst I ever have ever had from a Subway. We stopped for a quick dinner on the road and got it!! Employees were super helpful and upbeat?Krystal in particular seemed to... be running a tight ship. I don?t know when I?ve had a more efficient, friendly Subway experience! Read more
Do not go here. It was so bad that the lady who said she was the manager wouldn't even give me her name. She was so rude and... condescending (when they were the ones out of ingredients) it was so bad then she wouldn't even give me my receipt afterinstructing the cashier to charge me extra for turkey which was a substitution for them being out of Capiola. I asked her tosubtract the capiola out of the price then. Nope. I asked for the owners number and the manager said "there is no owner. Thisis a franchise." I repeated my request saying I know this franchise has an owners name and number, she refused. Worst subwayexperience in my life and I'm pretty patient. Read more
Dang i wish they'd listen to the order ???? ordered steak and cheese got chicken bacon ranch with rotisserie chicken...good but... not at all what was ordered. So busy i ate it anyway. Unfortunately this has happened more than once. Read more
Their idea of a serving of shredded cheese was absurd. I had to pay for extra cheese to substitute for what any average location... would provide. On top of that I would not call thier customer service inviting. Also found a piece of bone in my sandwich. Won'tbe returning to this location. Read more
This Subway is amazing! 15 minutes prior to closing, they accommodated 35 hungry soccer players and coaches. The staff knocked... it out the park! They were kind, pleasant and helpful. I appreciate the spectacular service. Thank you! Read more
